From the start, Sue really got to know us as a couple & was keen to help tell our love story. She gave us so many ideas to make our ceremony personal & special!"

Coral Hawkins
Coral first became a celebrant in 2017 after enjoying planning her own ceremony for their forest wedding in Opoutere, New Zealand so much that she wanted to help others create theirs and share the inspiration and creativity.
Being a yoga teacher Coral already had the passion for holding ceremonial sacred space with love and the heart being at the very core of all her teachings.
She has held over 20 ceremonies between New Zealand and Devon, UK. It has taken her to some amazing places, from the beach, to the forest, and to historic city buildings all whilst getting to know many wonderful couples from all walks of life.
One of the best things about having a celebrant means you can have your ceremony anywhere, whether that’s on your favourite beach, in the ocean, on a boat, or on top of a mountain, she’ll be there!
She believes the ceremony is the beating heart of the wedding and builds a foundation for the rest of the day where everyone is open and immersed in love and gratitude.
She believes your guests are an essential piece of the puzzle, they form a big part of your union so she likes to include your loved ones in the ceremony so they feel seen and acknowledged for the love and support they provide and will continue to do throughout your marriage.
The ceremony sparks love in everyone and she believes it’s important for the guests to reflect on the love and connection they experience in their own lives too.
When Coral meets her couples she encourages meeting in their natural environment, where they feel most at home, whether that’s sipping on a hot drink in a café, a glass of wine at home or being barefoot on the beach.
Your ceremony is bespoke and completely individual and unique to you, no two ceremonies are ever the same and you will work together until you have something you can’t wait to share, unless you’d like a surprise!
Coral is there every step of the way to help you write your vows with plenty of ideas and inspiration and an abundance of readings and rituals if you feel a call for something a little different.
She is there to ensure your experience is relaxed, fun and heart-warming as you take time to get to know each other, meaning on the day you feel completely at ease and comfortable. That way you can be truly present and take it all in with confidence, ease and most of all have fun!
Ceremonies are life’s biggest celebrations that become history for you and all the generations to come, your wedding deserves to be built from intention, creativity and individuality. Your ceremony will not be governed by anything other than your wishes as there are no rules!
Coral is an open-minded free-spirited celebrant based in Woolacombe, North Devon but willing to travel so she can be there to weave magic into your special day with a ceremony that will be remembered and cherished forever.
Bridal Yoga
Radiate from the inside out. Whilst planning your special day is fun and exciting it can also come with pressure and responsibility which can cause anxiety, stress, interrupted sleep and often tension held in the body from all the things to think about, plan and execute.
Brides tend to focus their time, energy and budget on the external aspects of their wedding, such as the venue, dress, flowers, invitations are more. But, how much are they investing on their emotional and inner well-being? According to research, the answer is almost nothing. That is why there is a rise in stressed out brides, bridezillas roaming around town feeling anxious and out of balance. It is important to spend time preparing emotionally for a wedding because how will it be the best day of your life if you are stressed and overwhelmed?
This a gentle reminder to prioritise your own emotional and mental well-being too so you can enjoy your special day feeling present, confident and with your body, mind and spirit aligned. After all, it’s a day you’ll remember for the rest of your life so you want to feel your best.
The yoga practice is designed especially for brides and no experience is necessary. You may like to enjoy this practice all to yourself on the morning of your wedding or you may prefer to practice with your bridal party and family. It’s open to everyone and we can all benefit from feeling zen for the wedding day as energy is contagious!
Coral will teach you breathing exercises to induce calm so you can take in every moment of your day without it whizzing away before your eyes. She will give you techniques to feel connected and confident so you can walk down the aisle like the Queen you truly are along with some mindful movement that feels nourishing and yummy for your body.
