The North Devon Hog Roast is the global wedding awards winner of the best Devon Wedding hog roast company in Devon. It is a family business run by Sam Hastings and her husband, Andy with the help of their twins Oscar and Emily.
They started the North Devon Hog Roast Company as they wanted to produce pork that was not just full of flavour but would be succulent and good for us. Born out of a passion for quality meat produce, the North Devon Hog Roast Company aims to provide clients with a hog roast catering experience they will never forget. With a love of outdoor cooking, they believe in traditional, flavoursome and authentic hog roasts delivered with exceptional service and attention to detail.

Their location ensures that all of their menus are prepared using the finest and freshest produce that the west country has to offer.
They are committed to supporting local farmers, producers and small independent businesses, and in turn the local economy. Because of their traditional values they have searched for good wholesome ingredient’s. All of their meats and produce comes from either their own farm where possible or trusted and reputable butchers, bakers and grocers.
They aim to exceed our client’s expectations through local sourcing, being environmentally aware & by delivering excellence in home-made, honest good food and service from farm to plate.
It's not just all about the Hog! As well as their twelve-hour slow cooked hog with the most amazing crackling, they also offer a slow roasted brisket of beef roasted in their own ale – delicious!
They also have many extra’s including a fabulous choice of ten salads, potato dishes and if you have vegetarian or Vegan guests, they have them covered! With their choice of homemade burgers, curries etc!
Being a family business means that they cook and cater for you in the way they would expect to be treated themselves. They believe that their generous portions, excellent quality food, flexibility and level of service offer a cost-effective alternative to expensive formal catering, with that certain relaxed approach, more typical of a medieval banquet or a French soirée!
North Devon Hog Roast services are fully backed by Health and Safety certification, Public Liability Insurance and 5 star Hygiene Certification. They are proud members of the Nationwide Caterers Association & North Devon Wedding Network.
